Mi chiedo perchè la gente si accalchi a fare foto alla Gioconda quando su Internet, nei Libri, sui video... ovunque... ci sono foto ad alta risoluzione molto migliori. Forse è una specie di trofeo, un po' come la foto sotto il globo di Capo Nord.

A proposito: non sono riuscito ad avvicinarmi al dipinto, per cui andrò a riguardarmelo su Wikipedia.

I wonder why people scramble to take pictures of Mona Lisa when on the Internet, in books, videos... everywhere... there are much better hi-res pictures. Maybe it's a sort of a trophy, a bit like the shot under the Globe at North Cape.

By the way: I couldn't even get close to the painting, so I think I'll go look at it on Wikipedia.

I understand this is not the most original shot but I had to wait about 10 minutes to find a moment when there was nobody in the foreground!

Nei 4 giorni che sono stato a Parigi mi sono scappate circa 2300 foto e questa è solo la 15a che considero. Tante le cestino direttamente ma, considerando che molte le tengo per l'album di famiglia, Panoramio o questo blog, tra HDR, panorami e correzioni di prospettiva, ci vorranno mesi a finirle tutte. Forse era meglio con le diapositive, quando se ne scattavano molte meno e si tenevano così com'erano!

In 4 days that I was in Paris I took about 2300 pictures and this is only the 15th one I look at. Many of them will go directly to the wastebasket but, considering that many will be kept for the family album, Panoramio or this blog, among HDRs, panoramas and perspective corrections, it will take me months to finish. Maybe it was better with the good old slides, when in 4 days you would have shot at most 150 of them!
